We are trainers/ friends who have known each other for way more years than we'd care to be reminded of. We've combined our ideas and experience to try and create the kind of gym we'd want to join.
I have been a Fitness Professional for 14 years. I have trained Martial Arts and Kickboxing for 17 years now with 9 amateur fights in the ring. I have trained under the expert trainers John Chaniotis, Steve Pietsch, Simon Pitsch and Kyoshi Les Reynolds.
Had the privilege of training with professional body builders and world champion kick-boxers. I have had the privilege of owning my own commercial gym, working overseas as a Recreation Officer and remote communities as a Health and Lifestyle Coordinator. I have run Personal Training and Massage businesses.
I love seeing people begin to realize what they are truly capable of and chase their personal fitness goals. In my spare time I love to hang out with my wife and 2 kids they truly are why I wake each day.

John's interest and involvement in Kick Boxing is extensive and began in 1987.
He has spent 18 years as a competitor and the rest of the time as a full time trainer/ personal fitness trainer.
He won the WKA Australian Cruiserweight title in 1992 as well as the Heavyweight title in 2005.
In addition to owning/managing a Kick Boxing and Weights Gym for many years, he also promoted the first Kick Boxing World Titles in Adelaide (1999) as well as co training Adelaide's first two world champions.
Dave's involvement in boxing began in 1972.
In 1977, he won the Western Counties (UK) Welterweight Title.
On coming to Adelaide, he became an accredited coach with Boxing SA. Before founding The Cove Boxing Club, training many local and State Champions.
He is also a Level 4 Personal Trainer, specialising in Boxing, Strength & Conditioning and Weight Loss.
